KitchenAid Stand Mixer

The KitchenAid stand mixer is a home appliance that has stood the test of time. To be honest I was dubious of stand mixers having grown up stirring my cookie batter with a fork, but after using one I am fully a convert now. It has taken our baking, and ice-cream making, to another level since it lets you dial in your recipes and remove a lot of the sources of inconsistency from your processes. Also my forearems thank me too.
